A website that actually brings you customers.

Whether you have never had a website or you have one that has not earned its keep in years, this is the build. Written so a stranger understands what you do in ten seconds, structured so Google can read it, and fast on a phone, which is where most people will see it.

The short version

  • What it is: a website built from scratch, or a full rebuild of the one you have.
  • Who it is for: new businesses, and businesses whose site was built once years ago and never kept up.
  • What you get: copy, structure, mobile speed, SEO foundation, and forms that are tested end to end.
  • Cost: scoped on a free call. Payment plans available if you need them.
  • You own it. The site and the domain are yours, not mine.

Every build comes with all of this.

The part people see

  • Copy written around what your customers actually search for and worry about
  • A design built for your business, not a template with your logo dropped in
  • Mobile-first, because that is where most of your traffic will come from
  • Fast loading, which affects both your ranking and whether people wait around
  • Accessible, so people using a screen reader or keyboard can still hire you
  • Clear calls to action, so a visitor always knows what to do next

The part that makes it work

  • SEO foundation: titles, descriptions, headings, and internal linking done properly
  • Schema markup so search engines and AI assistants can read your business correctly
  • Service and location page structure that gives you something to rank with
  • Google Business Profile connected to the site
  • Analytics installed and configured, so you can see what is happening
  • Contact forms delivery-tested end to end, not just checked for errors

Why I keep bringing up the forms

A contact form can look perfect, say thank you, and quietly deliver nothing. It happens constantly, and the business owner usually finds out months later after wondering why the website never worked. Every form I ship gets submitted for real and confirmed to arrive before I call the site finished. It is the single most common broken thing I find on sites I am asked to rescue.

Four stages, and you always know which one we are in.

01

We scope it

A call, then a written scope: what pages, what it costs, how long. Specific enough that there are no surprises later.

02

I write and design it

I do the copy and the design. You review it while it is still easy to change. I would rather hear your objection early than at launch.

03

I build and test it

Built, then audited before launch: every page loads, every link resolves, every form is submitted for real and confirmed to arrive.

04

It goes live

Launched, with analytics running so you can see what it does. From here you either take it from here or move onto the retainer. Your call.

Answered plainly.

It depends on how many pages you need, how much of the writing falls to me, and whether anything custom is involved. I scope it on the call and give you one specific number before you commit to anything. There is a setup fee that covers the build and your first month.

Yes. If a website is all you need but paying in full is not realistic right now, I offer payment plans. Bring it up on the call and we will work out something that fits.

Most sites take a few weeks from the point where I have your content. The biggest variable is almost always how fast photos, service details, and approvals come back from your side, so I try to make that part as easy as possible.

Yes. You own the site and the domain. If you ever want to leave, you take everything with you. I am not interested in holding your business hostage with a login.

That is normal, especially for a first website. I write the copy. For photos we use what you have, and I will tell you honestly if a shoot is worth it. You do not need to hand me a finished brand.

No. A lot of people just need the site built properly and then they are done. The retainer is there if you want the ongoing work handled, but it is a separate decision and you keep the website either way.

Nothing, if it is working for you. The problems I usually get called about are sites that are slow on phones, sites Google cannot read properly, and sites where the contact form has been quietly dropping leads for a year. Those are build problems, not platform problems, and they are what I fix.

Show me the site you have now.

You get a real opinion on the call whether or not you hire me. No pitch deck, no obligation, and a specific number before you commit to anything.

Book the call

This goes straight to me, not to a team or a queue. I answer everything myself, usually the same day.
