The build
Your website, priced as a project. There is a setup fee, and it covers both the build and your first month of service. Payment plans available if a website is all you need.
I do not publish fixed packages, because packages make you pay for things you will never use and leave out the things you need. What I can tell you is exactly how the money is structured, so nothing on the call is a surprise.

One time
Your website, priced as a project. There is a setup fee, and it covers both the build and your first month of service. Payment plans available if a website is all you need.
Monthly, optional
The ongoing SEO, posting, review replies, landing pages, and strategy. Limited spots. You are not required to take it, and you keep your website either way.
Separate service
Its own management fee, on top of ad spend. That spend either sits on your card with the platform or runs through me at cost, depending on the setup. Retainer clients get priority and a discount.
Per project
Scoped and priced after we work out what the tool needs to do. Retainer clients get priority, because I want to keep maintaining it afterwards.
Where you are starting from
A business with nothing online takes more work than one with a decent foundation that needs sharpening. Sometimes starting from nothing is actually simpler, because there is nothing to undo.
How competitive your market is
Ranking in a small town and ranking in a major metro are different jobs requiring different amounts of sustained effort.
What you need
A website on its own costs less than a website plus ongoing monthly work. I scope to what will move the needle, not to a package tier.
One-time or ongoing
A build is priced as a project. The retainer is monthly. Plenty of people take the first and not the second, which is a completely valid choice.
It is not an extra charge bolted on top. The setup fee pays for the build and includes your first month of service, so you are not paying twice to get started.
If a website is all you need but paying in full is not realistic right now, say so on the call. I would rather work out a plan than lose a good business over timing.
Ads management has its own fee on top of your ad spend. Depending on how the accounts are set up, that spend either goes straight to Google or Meta on your own card, or runs through me and gets billed on. Either way the two are itemised apart so you can see exactly what bought clicks and what paid me.
There is no account manager markup, because there is no account manager. The person you talk to is the person doing the work.
If you do not need something, I will not sell it to you. If something stops working, I will tell you and either fix it or stop charging you for it.
Your website, your domain, your data, your tools. If you ever leave, you take all of it with you.
Because a number without context would be either misleading or useless. A three page site for a brand new business and a rebuild for an established company in a competitive city are genuinely different jobs. You get one specific number on the call, and it does not change afterwards.
Yes, and it covers your build and your first month of service. It is not an extra charge on top of the first month. After that it moves to the monthly rate if you choose the retainer.
Yes, on website-only projects. Bring it up on the call and we will work out something realistic. I would rather build you a good site on a payment plan than watch you buy a cheap one that does not work.
No. Thirty minutes, free, and you get a real read on your situation plus a specific recommendation. If you take that and go do it yourself, that is a fine outcome.
No long lock-in. People stay because the work compounds and month eight is better than month two, not because of a legal obligation. I ask for a few months to show meaningful results, because local SEO takes that long, but I am not going to trap you.
It has its own management fee, separate from the retainer. The ad spend itself depends on the setup: sometimes it sits on your own card with the platform, and sometimes it runs through my account and I bill it on to you at cost. We agree which before anything launches, and the spend is always itemised separately from my fee.
Priced per project after we work out what it needs to do. Complexity varies too much for anything else to be honest.
I look at what you have, tell you what I would do, and give you a specific number for your specific business. If it is not a fit, you still leave with a real audit.
